Configurer une intégration Zendesk webhook

préalable :  Prérequis :Notification de chat ( webhook ) cla configuration dans Genesys Cloud doit être terminée. Si non, commencez par Ajouter une intégration webhook.
  1. Créer un cible comme spécifié dans la documentation Zendesk.
    • Sélectionner URL cible comme le type cible.
    • dans le URL , utilisez la valeur de notification Webhook de Genesys Cloud.Notification Zendesk Webhook
    • Définissez la méthode sur POSTER.
    • Définissez le nom de l’attribut sur Les données.
      Remarque :   le Cible de test option ne fonctionne pas avec Genesys Cloud.
  2. Créer un déclencheur comme spécifié dans la documentation Zendesk.
    • Sous Effectuer ces actions, sélectionnez Notifications : Notifier la cible.
    • Assurez-vous que le cible créé précédemment est sélectionné.
    • Copiez et collez le bloc JSON applicable dans le Message champ.
